How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free across the US. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and are delivered in 7–12 business days. You get tracking by email as soon as it leaves.
What if it's not right for us?
You have 30 days to return it. Write to hello@munchcam.com and we'll walk you through it.
Is there a warranty?
Every MunchCam has a 1-year warranty. If something stops working the way it should, we'll repair or replace it.
How can I pay?
Pay with Shop Pay and split it into 4 interest-free installments, or use any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Does it work for dogs?
Yes, for small and medium dogs. MunchCam serves regular dry kibble only. Larger dogs may need more food per meal than the bowl comfortably holds.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
The meal schedule is stored on the feeder, so meals keep coming without Wi-Fi. The camera, live view, alerts and Feed now need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
Is there a monthly fee?
Live view and eating alerts need no subscription. Optional cloud video history may be offered by the app; you never need it to feed, watch or get alerts.
What if the food jams?
The rotor is built so kibble flows without clogging. Use regular dry kibble and keep the desiccant pack in the lid so the food stays dry and flows freely.
Is the bowl dishwasher-safe?
Yes. The stainless steel bowl lifts out and goes in the dishwasher. Wipe the hopper by hand; the base holds the electronics and should stay dry.
